Admission Requirements
The admission requirements for study at the International University of Cooperative Education are:
- Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or
- Meister, Fachwirt/Fachkaufmann/-frau with at least 4 years’ professional experience
- A learning contract with a partner company or for participation in a multi-internship model
Application Process
Prospective students apply for a training position with one of the listed partner companies or directly to one of the study centres. The application can either indicate a specific partner company or state no preference. Applications may be forwarded by post any time to the International University of Cooperative Education (IBA) study centres, or can be send by mail to: w.schroeter@internationale-ba.com.
However, it is also possible for applicants to approach businesses that are not yet registered as an IBA partner company. The IBA will then conduct a series of checks to ensure suitability.
The application process is completed with the conclusion of the learning contract (between the student and the company) and the study contract (between the student and the IBA).
