Business Administration
Speciality in Human Resource Management and Personnel Services
A well-trained workforce is one of the most important keys to success for companies. Expert knowledge, social competence and practical experience define the level of qualification and commitment within the business. As such, the “Business Administration” programme of dual training in the University of Cooperative Education and in the placement company builds the ideal foundation:
The model’s combination of study and practice (two and a half days’ practice and at least two days per week at the University of Cooperative Education) guarantees continuous integration in the placement company and the reinforcement of practical tasks. Students are quickly and actively integrated into the day-to-day running of the business.
Scope
The workforce is the key factor for companies in a productive information and performance society. Shifts in demographic structures and in the demands placed by work and the globalising market necessitate ever more stringent human resource solutions. In an integrated and management orientated programme of professional study, students specialising in “Human Resource Management and Personnel Services” are prepared for both contemporary and future tasks of modern operative and strategic human resources work. Furthermore, the programme deepens knowledge in specific and sought-after fields required for work in human resources or consultancy firms.
